Type the following string exactly as it appears in Notepad:
Bush hid the facts
and save it and close it.
Open the file again in notepad and you see strange characters.
If it is something legitimate (with encoding and stuff) please let us know. Or, if it is a bug, then it was there in Windows XP as well as Windows 2003 Server. And now, its there in Longhorn server as well. :)
